Cost for laminate flooring with installation?

Wondering what it costs to do a basic laminate flooring in a 700 square foot apartment?
It would be installed in a rental apartment over existing old floor and helpfully help reduce the squeaking and noise we hear in the apartment below.
I guess we’d have the installer nail or screw down any boards before installing and maybe add a sound barrier of some type when installing.
Any thoughts? Anybody do this in their place? Thank you
