COOP - Violation for breaking house rules

We currently live in a building where an owner occupied unit and a Tennant occupied unit continue to violate some basic house rules. Despite formal communications the same issues occur.

Does anyone have any experience with implementing a Violation Program within a CoOp? For example:

A unit violates Rule 123 of the CoOp House rules. There are formally notified of the situation and given X many days to remediate or remove the issue. If after X days the issue is remediated a fee/fine could be charged per day ($25 a day) until resolved.

This obviously would need to be reviewed and approved by the board but I am unable to find any examples online to review.

Does your Co-Op have a lawyer? Someone that handles the closings/transfers of shares etc? Ask them, they should know what specifically is in your house rules etc.
Do you have a management company? Again if they are a management company that manages Co-Ops on a regular basis, they should be able help answer this question.
Without knowing the nature/seriousness of the infraction it is difficult to say what penalties can be implemented.
The unit that is rented out, the board can send notice to the owner that a lease renewal will not be approved.
