Converting old radiators to electric
I’m considering heating systems for an old frame house. Has anyone converted cast-iron radiators to electric (for example, via the EcoRad company)? My contractor is talking up heat pumps but I really dislike forced air heating.

So you’d be converting your radiators into electric resistance heaters. I suppose they’d work something like oil-filled electric radiators. They just might work well? BUT wouldn’t your monthly cost be enormous?
