Contractor/subcontrator for deck & stairs?

I’m back again to ask for advice about a project that seems never-ending. I have an approved permit application (required by my co-op) for metal exterior stairs & deck, but the ironworkers I’ve contacted can’t pull a permit. Should I look for credentialed GCs who can subcontract the ironwork? Do you have any recommendations?

See if you can talk to bill at laredo construction. He writes on here as restoration contractor and i know he works with steel. Not sure to what extent but he is a good contact.
