Contractor Recommendation Needed for Fire Escape Maintenance

Hello all. I have a client in Brooklyn who has to do some maintenance to their fire escape and other fence work. The fire escape is 5 Floors and needs to be scraped, repaired as needed and painted. In addition they need some paint and plaster work on one floor of the home. Can you recommend any one?

I used Roberto 347-204-1517 to scrape, clean and paint my 3 story fire escape and his team painted several apartments also.
