Contractor rec for co-op hallways and stairwell

I’m on the board of a co-op in Kensington and we’re looking for a good commercial contractor to paint our stairwell and renovate our hallways (or a good commercial painter for the stairwell only and a separate contractor for the hallways). Building is 7 floors with about 62 units in total.
