Contractor for drainage repair

I’m looking for a contractor who would be able to break through concrete at the rear of my house to allow for plumbing fixes -my previous contractor screwed up roof drainage by having a 4 inch go to a 3 in under the concrete, causing water runoff from roof to come up in my rear yard drain. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
