Condensation on wood floor

I asked a question about a mystery leak in another thread and someone suggested it might be condensation and not a leak. Been going on for over a year. I’m thinking that is probably it. It’s in a small area on the first floor up against the front wall above an uninsulated basement. The question is — how do I deal with this. Would packing insulation between the joists above the basement’s ceiling help? If I pull out the parquet can I put tiles down over the damp subfloor or am I asking for trouble with mold? As I mentioned in the other thread we’ve had tons of people come for their 2 cents and nothing has stuck…any thoughts?

Try to figure out why it’s happening & see if you can vent it in some way.
