Compensation for Scaffolding from Nextdoor Construction

There’s going to be a large demo/construction next to my 2 family house (fully attached walls). No details yet so I’m just starting to prep from my end. I know I’ll need my own engineers, lawyers, etc. and that I’ll need to negotiate an access agreement. I’m also aware that I should be able to negotiate that the developer pay for all my fees/expenses. I’ll have lots of other posts with other requests/questions/concerns, but in this post I’m solely asking … from actual personal experience, can anybody share what they were paid for the scaffolding put up on their property. I know the developer isn’t required to compensate me for scaffolding on my sidewalk (“city property”), but there will most likely be scaffolding over my stoop, across the length of my backyard and backyard deck (50 feet long in total) and possibly on top of my roof. Just curious what people have been compensated (I know my lawyer would negotiate this fee). Thanks!!
