Common space hallway cleaning service?

I’m looking for a cleaning service to do our brownstone’s inside-the-building/outside-the-apts and do a thorough, industrial job (not the carpeting).. Last person we used didn’t clean anything they couldn’t reach with their arms and basically did a lightweight job. Want someone with professional tools and energy to do it right. Any recommendations?
