May I ask why? I am having a very difficult time with my building insurance. It seems that insurers are raising the premiums ( in my case by over 100%) to cover any potential losses. My carrier has done a building inspection and has increased the replacement value to an unrealistic number.

Would be very interested in knowing if other brownstone owners are experiencing the same. I am also being told that Bronwstone Agency will no longer insure buildings in my area ( South Villager). Not sure if this is true or just the broker speaking. Need to verify.
