Collectors or collectibles in the world of HVAC

I recently bought a home that still has it’s original HVAC system, although it is no longer hooked up or in use.

It is from around 1974 and is from Singer Climate Control Division – Model ACW52029-1A.

The guy who recently helped with a new mini-split and some other general AC work was completely shocked when he saw the unit and said he’d literally never seen anything like it. He could even figure out how the thing worked. He suggested I look it up and see if there are any collectors of items like this, but I can find no information about this anywhere online.

So, are there people who collect old and out-of-the-ordinary systems like this?

If it could find a home, that would be great, otherwise I will eventually just scrap it when I remodel the storage room where it is located.
