Co-op sprinkler test

What are the annual sprinkler test requirements for a small self managed co-op totalling 10 units 5 stories tall? We have a sprinkler system throughout the building and a recent insurance quote required a new/annual pressure test but several companies contacted insists on a monthly inspection schedule which seems overly unnecessary for such a small system/building.
