I hit ‘post’ early – sorry. I meant to ask if anyone knows how to do this: We agreed to a change of CoO in error, and we really don’t want to change, but we need the renovations that we did do closed out. The proper inspections were all done, and passed, but the final wasn’t done after Schnall lost his privileges.
Has anyone tried to do this and succeeded?
