Changing deck doors & threshold wheelchair accessible

Need help changing deck outswing doors into sliding ADA doors and creating a flush threshold for wheelchair.
Anyone know someone who can do this, replacing the entire ensemble of the swinging doors with sliding?
Any assistance appreciated.

Ok, years ago there were small companies like my own doing things like this. Sadley, we specialized. I will tell you where most people go now and i hate to say it has reduced to this: home depot.
