Chandelier replacement

Hi all,

We have two chandeliers to replace in our (old) house in Brooklyn.

– 1st chandelier is ceiling flush, but there is an old gas nipple coming out of the ceiling (about 2 inches) that the previous chandelier was attached to, and may need to be cut.

– 2nd chandelier is a bit heavy (less than 20 pounds), and is not an exact fit with the existing ceiling mount and box. There is also a nipple sticking out from the ceiling but it’s a bit too long, and its thread is a bit damaged.

Can you recommend an electrician who would be good for such a project?
