Bulkhead + Windows Recommendations?

Hi,

I’m looking for two sets of recommendations if anyone has people they’d worked with.

One is for a bulkhead in my back yard, I have cellar stairs previously dug my another owner of my house in Brooklyn that I’d like to get a bulkhead installed on top of it for security and weather reasons.

Two is more basic: windows. Someone who can handle the A to Z of Windows, ideally located where I can easily access them from central/north Brooklyn, and do a proper job without breaking banks.
