Building Surveyor firms?

Hello, I am looking for recommendations for building surveyors, structural engineers and/or forensic technicians. The building I live in is looking for a buildings expert who can give recommendations on how to improve the building I live in, in addition to helping give advice on how to finish a cellar space.

I’ve used http://www.bldsurvey.com for surveying, they’ve been in Brooklyn forever. I don’t have any comps on price but the work was fine and they sometimes even have old surveys or marks they can reference.
