Building Management for a small building

I have come to the point where I think I would like a manager to help me with tenant issues and other things that I simply can’t or don’t want to deal with since I have personally moved out of the city. I have new commercial tenants who I fear might be stressful. I want someone to deal with collecting rent on time, notifying them if it’s not, dealing with any legal issues that arise, disputes, taking care of inspections and so forth. Does anyone have any experience using a service for this and are these things the best use of a management company? My building is 3 family plus store in Bushwick.
