Brownstone facade restoration company recommendations

Good morning Brownstoner,

We are in the process of getting estimates to restore our brownstone facade and wanted to see if anyone in the community had any recommendations . We live in Bed Stuy.
So far we have explored :

Brownstone authority (highest by far) and completely out of our budget.

Excellent- seems fair and has a lot of praises here on the forum.

A very small company called “Arnold”. I happened to see a sign up of some work he was doing in Bed Stuy. Has anyone ever worked with him before?

Any other suggestions on anyone else we should be looking into who does quality work at a fair price?
