It is really difficult to quantify this cost in the abstract, since it will vary greatly depending on the condition of the doors. I did speak with someone (it may have been thetinkerswagon) who said that the cost to refinish and fix exterior doors that are in rough shape is not that much different than the cost to make reproduction doors from scratch. High quality reproduction double doors can run into the thousands of dollars.
