Brick Facade Repairs

The torrential storms on Sept 29th revealed some leaks in my building. I hired Steve Cymbalsky (aka Homeinspector on Brownstoner, Brownstone Home Inspection) for a thorough roof inspection. Steve quickly realized that the issue was not the roof but the facade. While Steve’s remit was to look at the roof, he went above & beyond. He crawled in my attic and hung off my roof to confirm his suspicions about the facade and pinpoint the issues. I can’t recommend him highly enough. This had never been an issue before – probably because of the Biblical amount of water & the direction of the weather (it always came from the west and this storm came from the east). So now I am looking for a facade repair company to resolve the leaks. Any recommendations? Thanks as always….
