Bluestone Sidewalk repair

I have to repair a bluestone sidewalk in front of our house in a landmark district. I’ve gotten a couple of estimates on the work and they seem really high. Anyone know what this should reasonably cost? It will require a few new bluestone slabs and trimming and re-using some of the old ones, as well as re-grading the sidewalk. Would appreciate knowing what others have paid for this kind of work. Thanks!

Daphne, This is your neighbor from the next block! Try WP Bluestone. They did the long sidewalk on the east side of Carlton Ave at the corner of Prospect Pl. Then two neighbors on Carlton used them as well. I’ve never hired them myself, but I walk on that sidewalk twice daily and it looks like a great job.
