What’s the best type of loan for a renovation? Construction loan, home equity, personal, refinance or another way?

Too Many factors to consider. Do you currently have a mortgage? Is the building currently livable? Your personal income & other assets. Do you qualify for a Private Banking relationship with your Bank? How much of a renovation are you doing? Gut or just upgrading heavy cosmetics etc?
