Best trade to inspect hot water heater flue

I want to get my hot water heater flue checked out. The tank is in the cellar and vents up through the chimney and out onto the roof. What trade should I call? Plumber? Chimney company?

hvac if it’s the boiler room portion or if it’s the chimney portion than a chimney person. Some chimney people can do both.
