Best sound reducing underlayment to install under laminate floor?
We are putting in new laminate flooring and want to reduce any sound to the floor below. Does anyone have a recommendation for a great product for this purpose?
I don’t know if this is a rubber or felt product, we just need something that really works.

There are a number of sound reduction underlays available on the market all offering different properties and levels of decibel rating (dB), the cost of these products also varies considerable. Read More @ https://www.floorsave.co.uk/expert-advice/how-can-i-reduce-the-noise-from-wood-flooring

In general, the rolls of recycled rubber should perform the best. the thicker the better. 3/8 to 3/4 or whatever you can manage.
