Best flooring for a finished basement?

What flooring is best for a finished basement that occasionally gets some water?
I know tile is great but expensive.
What other options are there? Does vinyl hold up or can water get under and allow mold to grow?
Would love to hear some advice from people who have finished watery basements- thank you!
