Backyard Tree Pruning +/ Removal

We are looking to have a large tree (approx 40′) either heavily pruned or removed entirely. We are in row house so only access is through the building. Does anyone have any exerience with the process and can recommend a company? Thanks

We used Dragonetti to grind down two big stumps and have no complaints,
