Home inspector – thank you so much always for your helpful comments and advice – i may take you up on your offer ref water bill lookup. i didn’t go much further ref my research for extra insurance but i’ll try to find out and let you know. I was considering AWR extra insurance but given the no so great reviews i’m a little hesitant.
