Attorney for construction dispute with shareholder?

We are coop shareholders sadly caught up in a mid-construction dispute with another shareholder over the permitted, coop-approved replacement of our exterior stairs & deck. The neighbor has refused further access to her backyard to complete work, has requested a stop work order, & is threatening to destroy the work that’s already been done. Attempts by the coop as a whole to facilitate a solution have been unsuccessful. Can anyone recommend a lawyer?

I spoke with Kelly Ringston at Braverman Greenspun about a situation in my co-op and while I did not retain her, she was knowledgable and helpful. I’d consider her if I needed someone well-versed in condo and co-op law. She also does mediation, which might help you.
