Are they tearing down the new construction at 535 Fourth Avenue?

Does anyone know what is happening at the very large construction site on 4th Ave between 14th and 15th? There was a stop work order in the early spring (and, to my very untrained eyes, the reason for the stop work order looks very serious and structural), then the collapse of the forms at the top of the building during the windstorm in April (http://patch.com/new-york/parkslope/park-slope-building-collapsed-high-winds-had-stop-work-order). Then there was no work for a very long time. Recently, they put up scaffolding around the entire building with a bunch of wood surrounding the top floors. There are some permits referring to demolishing parts of the building.

Could they really be planning to demo the unfinished building and start over? Does anyone know?
