App for selling stuff after house repair

Hi everyone! I’m looking for an app which allows selling things quickly. I have a lot of tools and other stuff left after we finished all the works in our new house. I saw the article about one of selling apps here:

I’d like to know if anybody used it already. I don’t care about the price policies, I just want to get rid of those things as sooner as possible. Maybe someone knows other services of that kind. I’ll appreciate any advice.
