ADT is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! STAY AWAY!....

I call ADT to set up service and it turns out they sent an ADT affiliate to my home to sell us a new system, but never told us it was not going to be a contract with ADT corporate. I had no idea. No one ever said a word. Their emails, business cards, letterhead, EVERYthing says “ADT”. And now that I have an issue ADT corporate can’t help me. And ADT’s customer service is so in effective. I have literally spent hours on the phone trying to deal with a billing issue. They literally just pass you around to random people to talk to and start completely over in explaining the issue. IT’s so wrong and I’m sure somehow illegal. SO STAY AWAY!!! BUT… now i need a new service. Can anyone please recommend who they use? I feel so angry and i just need to work with someone reliable. Thank you
