Ads on the sidewalk in Clinton Hill and Fort Greene

I noticed the attached ad on a sidewalk near the exit from the Clinton-Washington stop on the G train. I saw two more of the same, one on the corner of Lafayette & Vanderbilt (right outside a church) and the other at Lafayette & Clermont. I don’t want the sidewalk to become advertising space.
