Access to roof via a skylight hatch

I would like to install skylight that opens wide enough to allow access to the roof via a ladder. Does anybody have any ideas/insights of where to shop for such window. Fakro makes a glass framed roof hatch http://www.fakrousa.com/products/flat-roof-skylights/insulated-access-roof-lights-drf/ or you could try Sure Span access hatches https://surespancovers.us/product/srhg-glazed-roof-hatch. Our company has installed both kinds but they were not cheap to buy.
