574 4th ave (Prospect/16th st)

Everyday on my walk to the subway I see more and more garbage piling up in front of 574 4th ave. Is the condo responsible for keeping the front of the building clean? They’re letting these bushes grow and people are starting to dump soda bottles, cigarette cartons, etc. Anyone know folks who live in the building who may contact their management company?
