10 Commandments of Home Purchasing -

Rule 1 – Thou shall NOT change jobs, become self-employed or quit.
Rule 2 – Thou shall NOT make any large purchases of any kind – furniture, vehicle, boat unless you plan on living in it.
Rule 3 – Thou shall NOT make unusual large deposits (includes depositing “mattress” money or transfer money).
Rule 4 – Thou shall NOT use credit cards excessively or let accounts fall behind, or open new accounts. Rule 5 – Thou shall NOT borrow money from any banks of any kind or request large credit card advances.
Rule 6 – Thou shall NOT originate any new inquires on your credit report.
Rule 7 – Thou shall NOT change bank accounts, add or delete accounts.
Rule 8 -Thou shall NOT co-sign a loan for anyone. No matter if you are primary or secondary signer. Rule 9 -Thou shall NOT spend money that has been set aside for closing or any additional money.
Rule 10 – Thou shall NOT intentionally omit information from the loan application.
