We’d like to move a non-load bearing wall that separates two bedrooms to make the narrower bedroom bigger.  There is a tin ceiling in the smaller bedroom so once the wall is moved we would need to somehow extend the existing tin ceiling to meet the new wall.  Does anyone have a recommendation for someone to do this build a new wall and deal with the tin ceiling?  I’m not even sure what kind of contractor I’m looking for – a carpenter? a plasterer?  Thanks.
