Need reco for licensed and insured GC

We are looking for a reco for a lic and ins GC to complete the following: move kitchen from garden to parlor deck off of parlor re-do stoop replace roof and add skylight on mudroom address structural issues on garden floor Thanks all and happy holidays.

If you would prefer to deal with a more personal, no-subcontract, small business person, I can recommend Thalal Beer (Beer Construction Corp, 646-358-6118). We had Beer and his crew do significant renovations to our home @ 354 5th St and are very happy with both the outcome and the process. The reno included all three floors, demo’ing of the existing and building of a new bath and kitchen, referbusing orginal wood staircases and moldings, creation of a roof-top deck & more. We are happy to serve as a reference and share ‘before and after’ photos. I recommend Tri-State contracting. They renovated and rewired one of our brownstones with great results. Very knowledgeable with many years of experience and their prices were pretty reasonable as compared to some of the other bids we got. You can contact Sean at 347-362-6266\. Best of luck!!
