Need a GC Recommendation for Townhouse

Whatever you do-interview at least 3 contractors!  It made a big difference for us…Also, it is a good idea to view a current project, if possible.  We used Philip’s Home Improvement and were very happy with his work ethic and honesty.  He also did quite a bit of work for some of our friends. We are seeking recommendation for  great and reasonable contractors to bid on a gut reno of a 5 story TH project with a mid-level budget. We are looking for a GC who has considerable gut reno experience and willing to work with us to achieve  our budget. We would love to find a  GC  who can suggest ways to reduce costs given the scope of the project. We are  currently finalizing  our architectural plans and  want to begin lining up prospective GC’s. Last year my neighbor used them to do their house renovation this company, and this year I used them to our to do our house. I am very satisfy with them doing the work. The company name is CTG Construction, they are very reasonable, and reliable whom you trust with their works and their words. I guess it depends on, what kind of appliances you would like to use. My neighbor and I bought the appliances for the bathroom and kitchen because we would like to have our kind materials, so the main head of the company worked with us. We had a great experience with Sam at Creative. Extensive work on a brownstone – on the mild end of a gut job. Professional, on time, and reasonable with budget / change orders. They advertise on the site – Creative Renovation, offices in Red Hook. Good luck!
