Looking for general contractor

Contractor needed to provide a free estimate on a few things that need to be repaired on a house I am purchasing. I just need to get an dea of what the cost would be upfront to use as a bargaining tool for a price reduction. Any suggestions?

Hi , Though you seems to be bit optmistic about buying the place, if want to just have an idea of how much it is going to cost before buying the property then the contractor become bit worried b/c it is not your property yet. But try my guy whom i uses for all of my work, he is very good but he does not going to far. call this number 718-669-8305  and ask for Millad.
