Lally column and other issues

HELLO, We are having number of issues and we need someone to come over and advise on how to fix/remediate. One issue is a wood support column in basement that has been damaged by water. It looks like a Lally column should be there like it is in the rest of the support beam. Water leaks in a section of ceiling, posibble skylight issue. Back brick.cemented wall crack also letting water in. There are other issues but these need fixing soon. Who should we contact? Any recs? Thanks.
