Has anyone worked with Downtown Complete Construction Corp.?

We’re doing some fairly straightforward work on our 2BR apt before we move in and Downtown Complete’s estimate is in our price range.  Has anyone used them or worked with them?  Were you happy?  How was the quality? Were their time and cost estimates more or less accurate?  All the usual questions.  Thanks!

How’d that work out for you?  My experience with Downtown Complete was an utter fiasco. He signed a contract to execute filed drawings and then basically refused to do them as drawn, saying it was impossible when it was really just more work than he felt like doing.  He also installed steel beams all askew and refused to fix them.  I had to fire him, hire an engineer and a steelworker to fix his work, and hire a new contractor to execute the plans.  I’m trying to sue him in small claims court for the thousands of dollars he cost me.
