Gut renovate a coop

Looking for a general contractor that can gut renovate the interior of a coop. Taking down / putting up walls, new kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you for your help.

I’m trying to add a general recommendation for Chris Lombardi (lcrivolitorino@hotmail.com) but not sure where to put it so I am doing it here. I think with Chris you pay a bit more than you might with someone else, but you don’t have to worry about shoddy construction. He seems committed to doing quality work and not cutting corners. He is often available for questions and is flexible in how he does the work. He completely gutted and rebuilt our small bathroom in 12-13 business days, only one day longer than he initially scheduled. You can see some of the work in the photo–good luck on your project! Chris Lombardie. I have known him for sometime professionally and have referred him to my better brooklyn customers who have always been happy with him. usually I would not refer another contractor but he just did my bathroom and did a great job and everything went as he said it would and he was on site everyday. we are very pleased. you will find other recs for him on here as well. 516-322-9060\. The first step; especially if you want to move walls etc. is to get approved plans and co-op board approval, before any contractor could help you. Also you are better off with a contractor that already has some familiarity with the building, you will be less likely to run into “unforeseen” issues.
