GC Recommendation

I just wanted to drop a quick recommendation for my GC as a token of my appreciation for the work he’s been doing for me. His name is Thahal Beer, but he goes by “Beer,” and his company is Beer Construction. Beer has done two major jobs for me now. My first job with Beer was on a two-family house, which needed a total gut job. He did a lot of structural work, all of the gas and water plumbing, he built two flights of stairs, and framed and drywalled almost the entire house. He stayed on that job until it was complete, and he actually taught me a lot about construction and finishing. I found his pricing reasonable and his expertise thorough. My second job is ongoing, and it involves upgrading a house from a 1-family to a 2-family. Beer has done some foundation work in the basement, dug out the basement and increased the ceiling height down there by about 8 inches. He has also done some plumbing: heating, gas, and sewer. I will hire him to build and tile a bathroom and re-build an addition to the back of the house, as well as for some wall work and to refinish hardwood floors.
