don’t do the small closet next to the big bedroom at the top floor. u wont b able to bring big furniture into the room. instead leave the space for something moveable like a dresser so u can move it aside when u need to bring a bed or a mattress inside the bedroom.  thanks, Giyora Tsafrir

Not sure if it’s part of this renovation or not, but the toilet in the bathroom on the lowest level may not have enough knee room.

agreed.  trying to carry anything on these or even walking a small child on them is impossible.  I have had my share of them in customers homes and find them to be a hazard.

I would try to avoid circular stairs. I used to want one, then I looked at an apt with one and the idea of trying to bring coffee and whatever else up and down it made it not such a great idea.
