Experience with Spinn Construction or Mario's General Contracting?

I might be late on this — but I used spinn for 2 projects and was very pleased.  I would use them again — and I can’t say that for many others I’ve used!  good luck.

Hi all – I have a significant amount of renovation work to do (including gut reno of kitchen, moving walls, etc.) and have met with two contractors.  Their estimates were pretty much the same – though Spinn was perhaps a bit higher. I would love to hear if anyone has worked with either and if so what your thoughts on in terms of quality of work, professionalism, thought partnership of the firm in developing the best design, and on-time/on-budget work.   The first is Jonathan Spinner of Spinn Construction The second is Marijan Juncaj of Mario’s General Contracting Thoughts welcome!  Or if you have someone else that you LOVE and think would do great work let me know.   Thanks.
