Booming Business for Contarctors

Business must be booming for general contractors again.  Looking to do renovation on four apartments in brownstone due to a  small fire.  Although the fire was contained to a small area of one apartment, the others sustained water damage along with the common areas. I’ve had three contractors come out for estimates only to never hear from them again.  Does anyone know of a reliable contractor that does good work. Thanks
