Surplus bathroom tiles for sale

Hi Brownstoners, Just wanted to post here to let you know I have some left over tiles from our recent bathroom renovations for sale in case someone is looking to save some money. I have 80 sq ft of dark grey floor tiles. The tiles are 12″ x 24″ There are 5 sealed boxes, 8 tiles per box, 16 sq ft per box. We purchased these tiles from nick at Italian Tiles in Brooklyn for $10.50 per sq ft + sales tax + delivery etc etc and as long as you want the lot am willing to sell them at 50% of what we paid so $400 for the lot. These are heavy, good quality tiles and I guess could be used in a kitchen though you would need to buy more tiles from Nick as I said only have 80sq ft. If you had a small bathroom that is only 5′ x 8′ you could get away with only using half of the tiles so $200 in total (keep in mind you don’t need tiles under the tub (which was my mistake) and unlike wall tiles you don’t need to over estimate by 20% (…. my other mistake – which is why we ended up with so much left over) But if you did have a small bathroom you’d need to find a friend to buy the other half at this price as like I said I’d prefer to sell the lot to a single person considering only $5 a ft 🙂 Feel free to call me on 917–207–3420 or shoot me an email dean’a-t”collins.net.pr to arrange a time to come past and take a look as I work from home pretty flexible on time etc. You will need to come and pick them up from 135 Henry St Brooklyn though I might be able to arrange a delivery for additional cost through one of the builders. Its a WetStyle tub. WET BC1206-L-PC-G Size is 66″x32″. We purchased from Mayer Gewirtzman at Home & Stone in Brooklyn. We’ve got the even bigger soaking tub version downstairs which is bigger and also has narrower sides.
