Hi guys, my wife and I are having our first open house tomorrow! We’ve advertised on NYT, Zillow, Craislist, Hotpads, Facebook, and Brownstoner (we were co-op of the day a few days ago – yay!).

We have a sign up sheet. We’ll have cookies and something cool to drink. For takeaways, we have a purchase cost analysis, and a single sheet with info and pictures about the apartment.

The apartment will be white glove clean. It’s been organized and staged nicely (or, at least, in our opinion).

Other than working to not take stuff personally (I’ve heard a lot about how hard it can be for owners to show their own place), am I missing anything?

i love the site… did you post on streeteasy as well? 

speaking as an agent, i think you did a great job, my only suggestion is to hire a real estate photographer. Gotham photos will do a great job for $75\. Your pictures are hard to parse.
